Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM Beijing Time will be processed the next business day.
During peak shopping seasons (including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and other major promotional events), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy periods.
2. Shipping Destinations & Rates
We currently ship exclusively to the United States from our warehouse in Zhengzhou, Henan, China. We offer standard international shipping with the following rates:

3. Estimated Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via standard international postal service. The estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days from the date of shipment.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a link to track your package online.
Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation email. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team immediately.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All orders shipped to the United States are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
As of May 2026, the United States has fully eliminated the $800 de minimis exemption for all imported goods. This means that every package entering the U.S. requires formal customs entry and full duty payment, regardless of its value .
Customs policies and duty rates vary by product category. We cannot predict exactly what these charges will be. We recommend contacting your local U.S. Customs and Border Protection office for the most accurate and up-to-date information about current rates and regulations.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or significantly damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
For damaged packages, please provide clear photos of both the damaged item(s) and the original shipping packaging. We will either send a replacement product or issue a full refund at our discretion.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day free return policy for all unused and unopened items in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
